重组人GM－CSF／MCAF融合蛋白抗血清的制备与鉴定

重组人粒细胞巨噬细胞集落刺激因子（ＧＭ－ＣＳＦ）和人单核细胞趋化激活因子（ＭＣＡＦ）融合蛋白经ＳｅｐｈａｄｅｘＧ－７５和ＣＭ－ＳｅｐｈａｒｏｓｅＦＦ两步柱层析,获得了电泳纯的ＧＭ－ＣＳＦ／ＭＣＡＦ融合蛋白。为进一步研究其结构与功能,我们以纯化的该融合蛋白为抗原免疫家兔制备抗血清。ＤｏｔＥＬＩＳＡ和Ｗｅｓｔｅｒｎｂｌｏｔ试验表明,该抗血清效价高、特异性好,可分别与ＧＭ－ＣＳＦ／ＭＣＡＦ、ＧＭ－ＣＳＦ和ＭＣＡＦ发生反应。     

Synaptic effects induced in efferent neurons of the parietal associative cortex of the cat by stimulation of the cerebellar nuclei

Properties of EPSP, evoked in efferent neurons of the parietal associative cortex by stimulation of the cerebellar nuclei, were studied in acute experiments on anesthetized and immobilized cats; intracellular recording was used. The neurons were identified by their antidromic activation after stimulation of the motor cortex, pontinen.n. proprii, or red nucleus. The effects of stimulation of the cerebellar nuclei were of oligo- and polysynaptic nature. The latencies of cerebellofugal EPSP correlated with the latencies of antidromic activation, and correlations were significant both in the cases when the effects of stimulation of separate efferent projections (cortico-cortical, cortico-pontine, or cortico-rubral) and the effects of stimulation of separate cerebellar nuclei were analyzed. The functional role of the efferent systems of the parietal associative cortex and significance of functional parameters of the neurons constituting these systems are discussed.Neirofiziologiya/Neurophysiology, Vol. 27, No. 3, pp. 190–198, May–June, 1995.     

Syntheses, spectra and crystal structures of ruthenium(II) complexes with polypyridyl: [Ru(bipy)2(phen)](ClO4)2 · H2O and [Ru(bipy)2(Me-phen)](ClO4)2

Two ruthenium(II) complexes with polypyridyl, Ru(bipy)₂(phen)](ClO₄)₂·H₂O (1) and [Ru(bipy)₂(Me-phen)](ClO₄)₂ (2), (phen = 1,10-phenanthroline, bipy = 2,2′-bipyridine, Me-phen = 5-methyl-1,10-phenanthroline), were synthesized and characterized by IR, MS and NMR spectra. Their structures were determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction techniques. The strong steric interaction between the polypyridyl ligands was relieved neither by the elongation of the Ru---N bonds nor increase of the N---Ru---N bite angles. The coordination sphere was distorted to relieve the ligand interaction by forming specific angles (δ) between the polypyridyl ligand planes and coordination planes (N---Ru---N), and forming larger twisted angles between the two pyridine rings for each bipy. The bond distances of Ru---N(bipy) and Ru---N(phen) were virtually identical with experimental error, as expected of π back-bonding interactions which statistically involve each of the ligands present in the coordination sphere.     

On the production,elemental composition (C,N, P) and distribution of photosynthetic organic matter in the Southern Black Sea

Chemical oceanographic understanding of the southernBlack Sea has been improved by recent measurements ofthe optical transparency, phytoplankton biomass (interms of chlorophyll-a and particulate organic matter)and primary productivity. During the spring-autmunperiod of 1995–1996, light generally penetrated onlyinto the upper 15–40 m, with an attenuation coefficientvarying between 0.125 and 0.350 m^2122;1. The averagechlorophyll-a (Chl-a) concentrations for the euphoticzone ranged from 0.1 to 1.5 μg l^2122;1. Coherentsub-surface Chl-a maxima were formed near the base ofthe euphotic zone only in summer. Production rate variedbetween 247 and 1925 in the spring and between 405 and687 mgC m^2122;2 d^2122;1 in the summer-autumn period.The average POM concentrations in the euphotic zonevaried regionally and seasonally between 3.8 and28.6 μm for POC, 0.5 and 3.1 μm for PON and0.02 and 0.1 μm for PP. Atomic ratios of C/N, C/Pand N/P, derived from the regressions of POM data,ranged between 7.5 and 9.6, 109 and 165, and 11.2 and16.6, respectively. In the suboxic/anoxic interface,the elemental ratios change substantially due to anaccumulation of PP cohering to Fe and Mn oxides. Thechemocline boundaries and the distinct chemicalfeatures of the oxic/anoxic transition layer (the so-called suboxic zone) are all located at specificdensity surfaces; however, they exhibit remarkablespatial and temporal variations both in their positionand in their magnitude, which permit the definition of long-term changes in the biochemical properties of theBlack Sea upper layer. 一种模拟昆虫种群动态的改进的变维矩阵模型

提出了一种模拟昆虫种群动态的改进的变维矩阵模型,该模型以发有历期为维数,采用分解与合成的方法变维,并考虑了个体间的发育差异。经模拟检验,模型模拟结果略优于徐汝梅等（1981）变维矩阵模型的结果。     

银杏速生早实示范栽培试验

本研究是在我区银杏主产区兴安进行的８０多亩,３０００多株的示范栽培试验。其综合技术措施是选用良种嫁接苗、适当密植、配置雄株、整形修剪、合理施肥、防治病虫害及促花早实等。种后５—６年取得速生、早实、高产的良好效果。     

复合酶制剂EA－2对鲤生长的影响

利用复合酶制剂ＥＡ－２在池溏中饲养鲤５０ｄ,实验组鲤尾增重率高于对照组１２．３—２７．５％,而饲料系数低于对照组１８．７６—１０．８９％。实验组鲤肝胰脏淀粉酶活力显著增加,而肝、胰脏蛋白酶活力显著降低,实验组鲤肠内蛋白酶活力和淀粉酶活力均显著增加。酶制剂对鲤肥满度、肝胰比、内脏比、肝胰脏和背部肌肉的生化成份均无显著影响。     

缺氧心肌收缩蛋白Ca~（2＋），Mg~（2＋）－ATP酶活性研究

将大鼠置于模拟海拔８ｋｍ高度的低压舱内缺氧１周及缺氧后空气中常氧恢复１周和２周,观察了左右心室功能、心肌肥厚、心肌收缩蛋白含量及其Ｃａ￣（２＋）,Ｍｇ￣（２＋）－ＡＴＰ酶活性的动态变化。结果表明,８ｋｍ缺氧１周后肺动脉压及右心室收缩压明显升高,左右心室±ｄｐ／ｄｔｍａｘ及收缩指数明显降低。左右心室肌明显肥厚,心肌收缩蛋白Ｃａ￣（２＋）,Ｍｇ￣（２＋）－ＡＴＰ酶活性明显减低。缺氧后常氧恢复１和２周后,左右心室功能逐渐恢复达到或接近正常水平,心肌肥厚逐渐减轻或恢复正常,心肌收缩蛋白Ｃａ￣（２＋）,Ｍｇ￣（２＋）－ＡＴＰ酶活性也逐渐升高。因此说明：心肌收缩蛋白Ｃａ￣（２＋）,Ｍｇ￣（２＋）－ＡＴＰ酶活性的改变是心功能变化的重要生化基础之一,它的减低是缺氧心肌对环境的代偿适应。     

促甲状腺激素对甲状腺细胞胞内游离钙和钙调蛋白的影响

本文研究TSH和forskolin对原代培养的猪甲状腺细胞[Ca~(2+)]_i和钙调蛋白的影响。结果表明,TSH可引起甲状腺细胞[Ca~(2+)]_1急性升高。此反应是剂量依赖关系,而与细胞外钙的存在与否无关。其反应性在细胞单层高于细胞是液,近汇合细胞单层高于汇合细胞单层。TSH作用3天,可使甲状腺细胞的钙调蛋白含量增高,此作用与TSH对甲状腺细胞数的影响无关。Forskolin对甲状腺细胞的[Ca~(2+)]_i和钙调蛋白均无明显的影响。     

交联琼脂糖珠固定化蛋白酶在纯化牛肺Kunitz抑制剂中的应用

本文介绍了珠状交联琼脂糖及以此作为载体,经氯代环氧丙烷活化后与蛋白酶(胰蛋白酶或糜蛋白酶)结合,制成固定化蛋白酶亲和吸附剂,进而用以亲和层析牛肺提取液中的Kunitz抑制剂的方法。纯化出的抑制剂在SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳上呈现单一条带,与参照物Trasytol(商品Kunitz抑制剂)具有相对应的电泳迁移率,其分子量也相符。纯化产品每毫克蛋白的抑制活力相当于16 000胰蛋白酶BAEE单位。纯化效果为90倍,收率约85％。
